Use of this site constitutes your agreement to our online store policies and terms of sale. By completing this order, you certify that you understand and agree to the following terms:

Copyright Protection:
All artworks within the DreambirdArt.com site are protected by copyright and are the sole ownership of Robin Urton. The purchase of her original or reproduction art does not transfer the right to further reproduction of any of her images. For inquiries regarding limited use copyrights, contact the artist directly for a quote.

Payment Authorization:
By voluntarily inputting your credit card online,you are authorizing Dreambird Art to deduct the transaction total. If you are uncertain about this type of transaction, please contact me to arrange the sending of a check or money order. (I will need to wait for the check to clear before expediting your order).

Order Processing:
The artist does her best to process each order in a timely fashion, usually within a week. Please note that many items require hand-crafting (such as the mounted prints and pendants), so if items are out of stock or if it is a particularly busy time, it may take as much as 2 weeks to process an order. Poster prints and cards orders are usually the quickest to process. After processing an order from my studio, the shipment generally takes from 2-5 days, depending on distance and shipping method. You will receive an order confirmation and additional email notification of when the order has shipped. If you are concerned about the timing for an order, feel free to contact Robin through email or phone (see contact page).

Returns:
Dreambird Art does check every item before shipping to the customer. If an item arrives in damaged condition, the customer will need to report this within 10 days of the delivery date to receive a full refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless products are damaged in shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip, for which you need to call for return authorization.  You may want to insure your return, we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Prices on this website (and in printed materials) are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors and omissions. Store policies and terms are also subject to periodic changes. If they do change at any time, it will be published within the FAQs section of this site.
