Payment and Policies » I’m a reseller. How do I qualify for wholesale pricing?

You will need to qualify for a resale account by providing proof that you are a business owner of a brick & mortar store selling items appropriate to my products. To do this, email me a link to your website that shows a sample of your products and lists a physical address for your store.  If you don’t have a website, I will need you to  email me a copy of your business license, tax number or other proof of your business.

If you would like to order through my website, you’ll just need to register first (click the “register” link at the top of any page on the site, and follow the prompts).  I will then send you a wholesale voucher (To account for the rising costs of retail overhead, I’ve adjusted my retail prices to 2.5x over wholesale).  As you fill your basket, it will still have the retail prices until you complete the order, at which time the site asks if you have a voucher code.   If the actual shipping is less than actual shipping costs, I will refund the difference (within a few dollars).   Your voucher code can be used indefinitely, as long as you are in business.

I also have a new wholesale site on wholesalecrafts.com.  My page is only available to registered users, but if you email me, I can send you a visitors password (allows you to visit only my page on the site).  It may be easier to make an order on the wholesale site since there are only a couple pages of products to navigate.

Also, if you would prefer to call in or email your order, that’s no problem.  I will submit the order through my site for you to calculate the details.  (Please visit my contact page).  After your first initial order, you can request a 30-net account.

Minimum Purchases

I prefer a minimum purchase of $200 for wholesale orders (or a minimum of $90 for a cards-only order).  This is not absolutely essential if you’d like to start out with some samples to see my products.  Wholesale prices are intended for resale purposes only.  If you would like a sample of one of my products before placing an order, just ask through my web form.

Exclusions: My original artwork can not be purchased at wholesale price, so if you’d like to order original paintings, please do so by creating a separate purchase from the one which you input your wholesale voucher.
