Shipping and Returns » What are your store policies regarding returns and exchanges?

Dreambird Art checks every item before shipping to the customer. If an item arrives in damaged condition, the customer will need to report this within 15 days of the delivery date. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless it is determined the product was damaged in shipping.

All returns must be accompanied by an invoice/receipt. You will need to contact me for return authorization. Recipient is responsible for all return shipping. You may want to insure your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

If you receive the incorrect product or the product, please contact us as soon as possible. Include the following information: 1) your name 2) detailed description of the issue and 3) the best way to contact you. We will do our best to get back to you with a solution within two business days.

If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your next billing statement. Your receipt will indicate where you need to send your return.

To do an exchange, follow the above instructions for a return, and then re-order your preferred items.
