This card’s image is printed on matte photo paper, which is adhered to an archival card stock.  The card measures 4.5×6″, and comes with a natural cream envelope, optionally packaged in an acid-free clear bag.

You can choose to have this card with the text “Good Day Sunshine” on the front of the card, or without the text.  The card is blank inside, perfect for all occasions.

(Please note that this card and all of the cards that include a border are not created on recycled paper, but are acid-free. Each of these cards are created by hand instead of a large print run).

The story behind the image:

The original “Good Day Sunshine” began with an acrylic image transfer of a vintage photograph.  The acrylic transfer folded a bit when I put it down, which made her looked like her hair was wet.. so I thought I’d put her in the rain.  I painted her  under an umbrella, then decided I liked the idea of sun-rays under the umbrella… hence the title.
