This is a mounted print of my painting, “Primordial Slumber”.

I’m totally in love with the forest trails near the Oregon beach. There is something magical and comforting about all of these huge trees… which strikes a primordial chord in my being. When I brought a friend to my favorite trail, she followed her desire to curl up within the hollow roots beneath a tree. I knew immediately this would be the subject of my next painting… and feel that her pose captured the sense of wonder and reverence invoked by these ancient forests.

The digital reproduction is printed on recycled paper with soy inks. You may choose between buying a flat print (8×10″ image size with colored border), a print in an ivory mat, or a print that has been mounted to a plywood panel.  The flat prints are packed in an archival clear bag with mat-board backing.

Mounted prints are  glued to a 1/2″ wood panel, using archival adhesive. The print is sealed with protective varnish, and the edge is painted black for a finished look. Arrives ready to hang! No framing necessary.

All prints are signed individually by the artist.
